About Us
The Cayman Islands Pension Administrators’ Association Ltd. (CIPAA) is an organization comprised of seven private Multi-Employer Pension Plans committed to safeguarding the interests of pension plan providers and their members in the Cayman Islands. We strive to foster the development of effective pension policies and practices that ensure the long-term financial security of our members.

Forged by a coalition of seven Multi-Employer Pension Plans, the CIPAA serves as a linchpin in the Cayman Islands' pension landscape. Our collective vision is to act as a conduit for public inquiries related to pension schemes while also engaging in constructive discussions with the Cayman Islands Department of Labour & Pensions, the principal regulatory authority for the private pension sector.

CIPAA was formed in March 2022, functioning through a robust governing board, currently chaired by Randall J Fisher, Senior Manager at the Chamber Pension Plan as well as incorporating representatives from each of the following registered pension plans:
